REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At SAIR Perfumes, we are committed to delivering premium quality fragrances and a seamless shopping experience. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our policy below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

Due to the nature of fragrance products and hygiene considerations, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging (including seal, box, and accessories).
  • The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

To initiate a return, customers must provide clear photos or videos as proof of the issue.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used perfumes.
  • Products with broken seals (unless received damaged).
  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.

REFUND POLICY

  • Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer/mobile wallet (e.g., Easypaisa/JazzCash), depending on the payment mode.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Exchanges are only allowed for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
  • Subject to product availability, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD) POLICY – PAKISTAN

To ensure smooth operations and avoid misuse of COD services, the following terms apply:

  • Order Confirmation: All COD orders may be verified via call or WhatsApp before dispatch. SAIR Perfumes reserves the right to cancel unverified orders.
  • No Open Parcel Policy: Customers are required to accept and pay for the parcel before opening, as per courier company policies.
  • Refusal of Delivery: If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without valid reason, SAIR Perfumes reserves the right to restrict future COD orders from that customer.
  • Return for COD Orders: Refunds for COD purchases will be processed via bank transfer or mobile wallet (Easypaisa/JazzCash) after the returned item is approved.
  • Re-delivery Charges: In case of failed delivery due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, additional delivery charges may apply for re-dispatch.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation will not be possible.
