DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

At SAIR Perfumes, we aim to deliver your fragrances safely, quickly, and reliably, so your experience is as smooth as your scent.

DELIVERY AREAS

We currently deliver across Pakistan, covering major cities and most serviceable locations through our trusted courier partners.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • COD orders may require verification via call or WhatsApp before dispatch.

DELIVERY TIME

  • Major Cities: 2–4 working days
  • Other Areas: 3–6 working days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, or high order volumes.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Standard delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout.
  • We may offer free delivery on selected promotions or order values, which will be communicated on the website.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)

  • COD is available nationwide.
  • Customers are required to pay the full amount at the time of delivery.
  • As per courier policy, parcels cannot be opened before payment.

FAILED DELIVERY / RE-ATTEMPTS

  • Our courier partners will attempt delivery 2–3 times.
  • If the delivery is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability or incorrect details, the order may be returned to us.
  • Re-dispatch may be arranged upon request, and additional shipping charges may apply.

ORDER CANCELLATION / MODIFICATION

  • Orders can be cancelled or modified before dispatch only.
  • Once shipped, changes or cancellations will not be possible.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate to avoid delays.
  • SAIR Perfumes is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
  • Any issues with delivery (delay, damage, incorrect item) must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
